4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

5. Third-Party Services & SDKs
Our App integrates the following categories of third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Payment processing: Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing handle all payment transactions. We do not directly process or store credit card information.
- Analytics: We use services such as Google Analytics for Firebase and Mixpanel to understand app usage and improve our services
- Crash reporting: Firebase Crashlytics helps us identify and fix bugs to improve app stability
- Push notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) deliver notifications to your device
- Authentication: Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and Facebook Login provide optional single sign-on functionality
Each third-party service processes data according to their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies directly. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
6. Advertising & Analytics
We may display ads within the App using third-party advertising networks. These networks may use device identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings: on iOS, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; on Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads. We use analytics tools to measure app performance, understand user behavior, and improve our services. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users in reports shared internally.
7. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers located in the United States and the European Union. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including: encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), regular security audits and penetration testing, access controls and authentication for internal systems, and automated monitoring for suspicious activity. While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you and relevant authorities of any data breach as required by law.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide our services. Specific retention periods include: account data is retained until you request deletion; transaction records are kept for 7 years for financial and legal compliance; usage analytics are retained in anonymized form indefinitely; streaming content is stored temporarily for moderation purposes (up to 30 days); and communication records are kept for 2 years. After account deletion, we may retain certain data in anonymized form for analytics or as required by law.
9. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

Upon requesting deletion: your profile will be immediately deactivated and removed from public visibility; your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days; some data may be retained in anonymized form or as required by law (e.g., transaction records); any active subscriptions should be cancelled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account to avoid continued billing. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at [email protected].
11. Children's Privacy
Life is Live is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these age thresholds. We implement age-gating during registration to prevent underage sign-ups. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under the applicable minimum age, we will take steps to delete such information as quickly as possible. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can take appropriate action.

When we make material changes, we will: update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy; notify you via in-app notification or email before changes take effect; and for significant changes, request your renewed consent where required by law. Your continued use of the App after the updated policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
